Try out our Mommy and Me for the Working Mom class! In the full course we discuss baby's development as well as topics specifically for the working mother: time management, "mommy guilt", parents as partners, and pumping and traveling.
This ongoing six-week course is facilitated by an experienced healthcare professional. These intimate, one-hour classes are scheduled continuously throughout your baby’s first year. Get to know a special group of moms as you enjoy your journey into motherhood.
Specially trained postnatal yoga instructors will help you regain pelvic, low back, and abdominal strengths after birth. Babies newborn to babies not yet crawling are welcome to accompany moms to class.
