This 6 week course will be discussing your baby's development from ages 4-12 months. Topics will also include ideas specifically for the working mother: time management, "mommy guilt", parents as partners, and pumping and traveling.
This weekly group was developed for parents and caregivers to play with babies in a developmentally appropriate way. Each week we address physical and psychosocial milestones to help understand how to support your baby’s development.
Specially trained postnatal yoga instructors will help you regain pelvic, low back, and abdominal strengths after birth. Babies newborn to babies not yet crawling are welcome to accompany moms to class.
