This 4-week course is designed just for dads & babies! Learn techniques to help soothe, play & enjoy your baby while balancing work and family life, and while partnering as parents with your spouse.
Specially trained postnatal yoga instructors will help you regain pelvic, low back, and abdominal strengths after birth. Babies newborn to babies not yet crawling are welcome to accompany moms to class.
