Get a great workout, have fun with other mothers and get fit while doing movements designed to do while wearing your baby in a carrier. Tone your arms, legs, and get a cardio workout- cardio, balance and weights, all while carrying your baby!
Specially trained postnatal yoga instructors will help you regain pelvic, low back, and abdominal strengths after birth. Babies newborn to babies not yet crawling are welcome to accompany moms to class.
This 6 week course will be discussing your baby's development from ages 4-12 months. Topics will also include ideas specifically for the working mother: time management, "mommy guilt", parents as partners, and pumping and traveling.
