In this American Heart Association Heartsaver Infant, Child and Adult CPR certification course, students will learn how to respond to infant, toddlers and adults in need of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. This course include use of an AED and 2 year certification card.
Specially trained postnatal yoga instructors will help you regain pelvic, low back, and abdominal strengths after birth. Babies newborn to babies not yet crawling are welcome to accompany moms to class.
This ongoing six-week course is facilitated by an experienced healthcare professional. These intimate, one-hour classes are scheduled continuously throughout your baby’s first year. Get to know a special group of moms as you enjoy your journey into motherhood.
