DayOne Baby Classes

Prenatal, Baby, and Toddler Classes

From pre-conception planning, through pregnancy and infancy to the toddler stages, DayOne Baby offers an expert-led support network aimed at elevating and smoothing the functioning of your new family.

Our classes are taught by certified instructors and tailored to specific early-life stages. Our products are top of the line—carefully researched and sourced from the best manufacturers around the globe. Our community-driven locations provide a place for you to relax, learn, connect, and rejuvenate.

The Prenatal Series Expectant Parents

Our prenatal classes are the perfect place to start the journey of parenting, in a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment. It is our philosophy to have small and intimate classes that encourage open dialogue and form bonds with members in your community. We’ll answer questions such as: What can I expect during childbirth and how can I best prepare? What products are safe and essential, and how do I best care for my baby in the first few months of being home? What are common Breastfeeding challenges and how do I get support? Our goal is to instill confidence, so you can fully enjoy this incredible time in your life.

For timing purposes, expectant parents should complete all prenatal classes at least 4-weeks prior to baby’s due date (or 6-weeks if high-risk or expecting multiples).
